Conditions of Purchase and Money Back Guarantee

All money back guarantees offered by Security Guard Systems are subject to a maximum period of 30 days, unless otherwise stated, from date of purchase. No refund claims outside of this period will be considered.

  • We offer the money back guarantee at our cost in good will and fully expect our customers to take the time to provide us with the necessary feedback if claiming against the guarantee.
  • We reserve the right to forfeit the guarantee if we suspect any abuse of our money back guarantee offer.
  • Money can be returned only from our PayPal account to customer's Credit Card/PayPal account, registered in our system. No other form of payment will be implemented.

Conditions of Updates

Updates are free for life only if price has not been raised. If this is the case, the customer is required to pay the difference of purchased price and current price. We have the right to refuse sales/updates to anyone who is suspected of illegally distributing our files or using fraudulent payment.

Use - You may use each copy of Security Guard Systems' Software solely for your internal evaluation, trial and testing purposes only on one (1) computer and maximum two (2) screens, attached to the computer the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is installed on in strict compliance with the terms, stated below.
    2. Copy for backup purposes - You may make one (1) copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in machinereadable form for backup and archival purposes only. You must clearly state on such copy Security Guard Systems copyright notices and you must not transfer, sell, lease or lend such backup copy or use it for other purposes.
  • Registered version. In case of SOFTWARE PRODUCT is registered by you or your predecessor (previous end user), this EULA grants you the following rights:
    1. Use - You may use each copy of Security Guard Systems' Software for your internal commercial usage on one (1) computer and maximum two (2) screens, attached to the computer the Security Guard Systems' Software is installed on. For the purpose of this EULA "Commercial usage" of and "Commercial activity" with Security Guard Systems' Software means activity in such manner that the Software is intended primarily for Licensee's direct revenue-generating use or is intended to serve as a main resource to generate revenue for Licensee, including monitoring and testing equipment;
    2. Copy for backup purposes - You may make one copy of the Security Guard Systems' Software in machinereadable form for backup and archival purposes only. You must clearly state on such copy Security Guard Systems copyright notices and you must not transfer, sell, lease or lend such backup copy or use it for other purposes;
